تاثیر انواع مکمل‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی در حفظ و بهبود عملکرد فراسنجه‌های اسپرم (مطالعه مروری)

چکیده

انجماد اسپرم برای مدیریت تولیدمثلی و بکارگیری تکنیک‌های حفظ باروری از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار است. علی‌رغم موفقیت در انجماد اسپرم، این روش معمولاً باعث تغییرات جدی و مخرب در عملکرد اسپرم می‌شود. مکمل‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی بدلیل خاصیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی آنها، بهبود سیستم آنتی‌اکسیدانی مایع ‌منی و اسپرم، و کاستن اثرات مخرب ROS تولیدی ناشی از شوک سرمایی، به محیط منی، طی انجماد اضافه می‌گردند. تاکنون مطالعات بسیاری در مورد اثرات مکمل‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی در انجماد برای بهبود کیفیت مایع منی پس از یخ‌گشایی صورت گرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه افزایش درک نقش مکمل‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان‌ها در افزایش مقاومت اسپرم در برابر آسیب‌های اکسیداتیو است.
