ارگانیسم های تراریخته و روش های ردیابی آنها

چکیده

از گذشته، تولیدکنندگان محصولات کشاورزی سعی در بهینه کردن محصولات به روش‌های مختلف داشتند. با پیشرفت علم در زمینه ژنتیک و دسترسی به ژن محصولات، بشر توانست تغییرات ژنی مورد نظر خود را در بذرهای محصولات کشاورزی ایجاد کند که به این محصولات، تراریخته گفته می‌شود. این محصولات تا زمانی که بی خطر بودنشان به طور قطع به نتیجه نرسیده است نباید اجازه رهاسازی و کشت داشته باشند. از آنجا که تاثیرات سوء احتمالی این محصولات بر اندام‌های انسانی، محیط زیست اکوسیستم طبیعی زمین هنوز کاملاً مشخص نیست، یافتن روش‌های آنالیز و ردیابی محصولات GMO به منظور الزام و اجبار رعایت قوانین برچسب‌گذاری آنها ضروری است تا مصرف کننده با آگاهی از خطرات احتمالی این محصولات اقدام به انتخاب یا عدم انتخاب این فراورده‌ها کند. در این مقاله سعی بر آن است که علاوه بر معرفی ارگانیسم‌های تراریخته، روش‌های ردیابی این محصولات نیز معرفی شود.
