نقش علوم داده در مواجهه با همه گیری کرونا

چکیده

همه‌گیری بیماری کرونا از کشور چین آغاز شده و به سرعت به تمام کشورهای دنیا سرایت کرده است. در حال حاضر این بیماری سلامت میلیون‌ها نفر و اقتصاد جهانی را نشانه رفته و اغلب دانشمندان و سیاستمداران را برای یافتن راه حل‌های مناسب درمانی و سیاست‌گذاری هوشمند جهت کاهش اثرات مخرب این همه گیری در کمترین زمان ممکن به تکاپو انداخته است. پیشرفت تکنولوژی باعث تولید میزان گسترده­ای داده در حوزه‌های مختلف مرتبط با این بیماری از جمله در سطوح سلولی (ژنومیکس، پروتئومیکس، ترنسکریپتومیکس) و اپیدمیولوژی (تعداد افراد مبتلا، نحوه رفتار افراد در شرایط بحرانی) شده است. تحلیل این داده‌ها می‌تواند ما را در فهم بیماری، درمان و کنترل همه‌گیری آن هدایت کند. این مقاله قصد دارد علاوه بر مرور کلی حوزه های متنوع نقش آفرینی علوم داده در مورد این همه گیری، به بررسی محتوای فرکانسی داده های موجود از تعداد بیماران جدید در هر کشور بپردازد. مطالعه محتوای فرکانسی نقش تاخیرهای مهم را در همه گیری بیماری روشن می‌کند. بر اساس مطالعات انجام شده در این مقاله، به کمک محتوای فرکانسی می‌توان کشورهای مختلف درگیر با این بیماری را به چهار دسته تقسیم کرد.
